La ville est belle

Investing with vision to create local, sustainable impact.

By combining our vision for various Montreal neighbourhoods with our ambitious goals, we are fostering change. Our entrepreneurial approach allows us to contribute concretely to the creation and evolution of iconic neighbourhoods, by continually focusing on innovation, optimisation, and enhancing the overall experience.

Our pledge as property managers: to create tomorrow’s communities, lively and vibrant meeting places that encourage unique experiences. We succeed when the commercial arteries along which we invest and develop our properties become must-see destinations for Montrealers.

Our tenants are key to us fulfilling our vision. We help them realize their dream of opening a local restaurant, a boutique food store with carefully curated products, a service provider for local residents or a workplace people want to go to. And of course, our many furnished and unfurnished apartments allow residents to enjoy the lifestyle they desire.

Our properties are in the heart of the action. Our tenants are some of Montréal’s best-loved establishments. Our properties help create memorable moments.

Enjoy the Montréal experience with SLG Montréal.

SLG Montréal X Neighborhoods

downtown

It’s a destination for shopping, business, must-see tourist attractions and a great place to live, all at the same time. That’s because downtown Montréal has so much to offer! Every day, more than a half a million people stroll the streets of downtown, be they workers, students, residents or tourists. SLG properties are mainly located on Sainte-Catherine street between the Faubourg Sainte-Catherine and the Forum. And A5 Hospitality has put some impressive institutions on the map here, such as Jatoba and the Kampai Garden. And the very first Québec Jollibee outlet will also be located here. Well-known Québec names such as Dollorama and the SQDC have also opened businesses in SLG Montréal buildings.

old montréal

SLG Montréal properties in Old Montréal are located mainly on Saint-Paul, De la Commune et McGill streets, central arteries renowned for their diverse businesses and local restaurants. Opening a business here means being able to target a wide-ranging clientele including Montrealers, tourists, workers and residents. A few properties are also located in Place Jacques-Cartier, an iconic Montréal landmark. Long-term tenants include the Bar Philémon and eateries Mangiafoco and LOV

LITTLE BURGUNDy

SLG Montréal buildings in Little Burgundy are concentrated on Notre-Dame street. Several SLG Montréal tenants here are Québec institutions such as the much-celebrated Liverpool House and Vin Papillon restaurants, the Corona Theatre, and the Burgundy Lion Pub to name just a few. And newcomers such as le Fiorellino and Bar Otto are definitely making a splash. The diverse rental makeup has turned this part of Notre-Dame Street into a meeting place both for Montrealers and international personalities such as Barack Obama and Justin Trudeau.

saint-henri

Saint-Henri is a neighbourhood that constantly changes… and surprises! Known as one of the Montréal neighbourhoods with the best quality of life, its businesses offer countless different experiences. SLG Montréal properties are located on Notre-Dame west of Atwater, and include local favourites such as the Hard Knox Gym. Newer businesses offering quality products and services include
Tropikal Restobar, Conceria and Vrac & Bocaux Organic Grocery Store.

mile end

Mile End is a vibrant, eclectic neighbourhood and a meeting place for the creative set. SLG Montréal properties are concentrated along Saint-Viateur street between Parc and Saint-Laurent. SLG Montréal is mindful during the tenant selection process here, in order to help the evolution and transformation of the neighbourhood while still preserving its essence. Long-term tenants include the Pub Bishop & Bagg and Bar Waverly. And the evolution continues with new-comers such as Lululemon, boutique Naif and QDC Burger.

Plateau-mont-royal

Plateau-Mont-Royal is the most densely-populated neighbourhood in Montréal. SLG Montréal properties in the area are located on Mont-Royal avenue. It’s a particularly interesting neighbourhood to live in, thanks to a great mix of businesses and restaurants, as well as cultural and artistic venues. Locals can enjoy a whole range of establishments along Mont-Royal, such as the Maison des Bières, Vrac & Bocaux Organic Grocery Store, and the brand new Satu Lagi restaurant.

ahuntsic-cARTIERVILLE CHABANEL

Ahuntsic-Cartierville is a neighbourhood in transformation, with the vision and openness to develop the District Central around 3 silos - technology, design and urban manufacturing. SLG Montréal is part of it, with 555 Chabanel West, an iconic local property. SLG Montréal is a big believer in its potential, convinced it’s a great place to create, innovate and shine.

SLG Montréal X Tenants

Tenants are at the very heart of the SLG Montréal real-estate portfolio. They help SLG Montréal properties come to life, and neighbourhoods take shape. Each and every commercial and residential tenant - regardless of size, type or location - is important to SLG Montréal. Their success is our success, as well as that of all Montrealers. Together we are building no less than the future of Montréal, a city that reflects each and every one of its residents. At SLG Montréal, la ville est belle.
